Intelliworks Private Client was designed by lawyers who understand real practice, so it’s built to be the product working practitioners need. The STEP-compliant software frees fee-earner and support staff from routine administrative tasks in probate administration, grant-only cases, will writing and LPAs. With automatic production of IHT400 forms, several hours of work is reduced to just several clicks, making firms more efficient and reducing the risk of manual error.

Intelliworks Conveyancing covers all aspects of compliance and risk management, with automated and searchable audit trails, and client-and matter-level risk assessments. Our AML process allows customers to demonstrate ongoing monitoring of money-laundering risks, and ensures that due diligence takes place on all matters. For busy conveyancing departments, following a prescribed and consistent workflow de-risks each transaction, and gives comfort that regulatory requirements are being adhered to.

All Intelliworks workflows contain integrated ID checks and tools, plus robust integrated risk management processes and reviews, which allows customers to proactively consider and address risk factors.
