ReviewSolicitors joins the LSSA

The LSSA (Legal Software Suppliers Association) is delighted to announce that ReviewSolicitors is the latest legal technology provider to join the association. As the UK industry body for legal systems developers and vendors, the LSSA maintains technology standards and manages areas of mutual interest between lawyers and software providers.

ReviewSolicitors is a client-led review platform focused on the UK legal market. A legal version of TripAdvisor, ReviewSolicitors helps law firms to differentiate themselves from their competition online based on the quality of service they provide. It does this by collecting and publishing reviews from clients of law firms.

Saleem Arif, CEO of ReviewSolicitors comments: “We joined the LSSA as we wanted to get to know the case management suppliers involved better. We have already partnered with Eclipse, Redbrick and easy convey to allow firms to automatically add a trigger to their case management system to collect a review from each client. If we are integrated with a firm’s case management system we can be sure that the reviews coming in are genuine and can be verified. As a result, integrating with case management suppliers is crucial for us. LSSA accreditation will add to our credibility within the legal industry and beyond.”

Chair of the LSSA, Julian Bryan, comments: We’re thrilled to have ReviewSolicitors as a member of the LSSA. We’re looking forward to having the ReviewSolicitors team work with us to help shape the legal technology industry of the future.”
