LawNeeds accepted into Stripe Startup Program ahead of July launch

LawNeeds has been accepted into Stripe’s Startup Program as it prepares to launch its mobile app on 15 July.

The programme will give LawNeeds access to support from the Stripe team, including expert onboarding guidance, startup resources and other benefits designed to help early-stage businesses build and scale.

LawNeeds is developing a mobile app designed to make legal support more accessible and affordable, with a particular focus on often overlooked and underserved communities in the UK.

The company said the support from Stripe comes at an important stage as it prepares for launch.

LawNeeds Founder and CEO, Steve Okolo said: “Building a startup often reminds me of the analogy that little drops of water make an ocean. While there is still plenty of work ahead, moments like this are a reminder that we are moving in the right direction.

“We are grateful to the Stripe team for the opportunity and look forward to continuing to build with Stripe as we prepare to launch the LawNeeds mobile app.”

LawNeeds said the programme will support its preparations as it continues developing its platform ahead of launch.
