With 78% of SME law firms[1] citing recruitment challenges as being the biggest driver for change during 2022, the fourth and final episode of Osprey Approach’s webinar series will focus on how good business habits help firms to attract, nurture and retain employees.

The final episode in the legal software provider’s webinar series, Build Better Habits, will be hosted by Osprey’s marketing manager, Amy Bruce which will take place on Thursday 27 October at 10.00am. She will be joined by Tim Kidd, CEO at the Institute of Legal Finance and Management (ILFM),  Joanna Gaudoin, managing director at Inside Out Image, and Leah Steele, owner at Searching for Serenity.

The webinar, Empower employees: how modern law firms can attract and retain talent, will consider the importance of a firm’s business habits, including its culture, when it comes to the ability to recruit and retain staff, as Amy Bruce explains: –

“It’s well documented that the legal sector is struggling to attract and retain talent. Although salary remains a key factor in hiring new staff, it’s a firm’s culture that can ultimately make or break the business. “With 35 law firm leaders already signed up to the event, I’m excited to be joined by Tim, Joanna, and Leah for what is set to be an insightful, lively and beneficial discussion from experts in their field, who have a deep understanding of the issues facing law firms when it comes to recruitment and how they can overcome them.”
