Quill, renowned practice management software and outsourced legal services provider, has today announced the newest addition to its outsourcing portfolio – a digital post room service called Quill Post.

Available to businesses in any sector, Quill Post allows users to manage their inbound and outbound posts in a more sophisticated way by moving from a traditional post room and physical paper to a digital mailroom requiring only an email inbox and virtual printer.

How Quill Post works

For inbound post, the mail is redirected for Quill to securely open, sort, scan, and deliver daily to the relevant recipient’s email inbox. Once weekly, the physical post is couriered to each client’s forwarding address for filing and audit trail purposes.

For outbound post, Quill’s virtual printer is set up as an option on every client site’s drop-down printer’s list. To send post, clients simply select the Quill printing option, attach any enclosures, and choose first or second class. Quill then prints and mails the post on each client’s behalf.
