Easy Convey was established in April 2000 to market a range of electronic conveyancing products and services, all of which were developed in-house. From the earliest days of the development cycle of its software, Easy Convey actively sought input from a large number of law firms. This has ensured that the product range meets the wide ranging and differing needs of high street law firms.
Easy Convey's unique Conveyancing Administration Software Application (CASA) can significantly reduce conveyancing time for experts working within the property market, allowing them to enjoy 50 percent more completions without increasing staff levels. The CASA software, installed within your office, efficiently processes the mass of paperwork required throughout the conveyancing transaction. This function then links seamlessly to our Internet-based services including Track-A-Matter, a solution that provides those involved in the matter with up-to-date progress information. The transaction can be initiated from our on-line l@wyer instruction service which produces a fee estimate based upon your firm's fee scales. A further helpful tool is FeeSearch. FeeSearch is a gazetteer of over 25,800 places in England and Wales, cross referenced to their local authority and district land registry. The information contained within it is updated throughout the year and will keep lawyers and conveyancers up-to-date with local authorities’ fees.
Since the government introduced Stamp Duty Exemption, it is important for lawyers and their clients to know which regions are exempt. Easy Convey provides a simple postcode search tool that allows this matter to be addressed easily. |
