| Company & Product Overview |
For almost thirty years Quill has specialised exclusively in designing and developing systems and services to the small and medium size High Street and specialist legal practices. They are committed to the needs of both private and publicly funded practices with their Operations Director Hilary Fisher being Chairman of the LSSA LSC sub committee.
Their Quill InHouse Legal system, Quillennium Interactive offers full practice management facilities and is used by over three hundred and fifty practices throughout England and Wales. Quill still stands for quality and service as is displayed by their commitment to training. Quill Director, Andrew Sherwin says, “Over the years we have proved spending time and effort in training clients is a win-win situation. The client gets more out of the system enabling us to offer the highest levels of support”
Quill is continuously developing its systems to include new practice and case management tools. The Solicitors Code of Conduct changes in July 2007 mean practices must keep their fingers on the pulse and the Quill InHouse Legal system will assist partners, practice managers and legal cashiers alike.
Pinpoint is Quill’s outsourcing arm. Started twelve years ago with one legal cashier and one client, it has now grown to be the largest of its kind in the UK. Now posting over 1.3million accounting transactions, employing over forty five legal cashiers and turning over in excess of £1.5million per annum.
Pinpoint appeals to new startup and established practices alike. Whether a practice is thinking about purchasing or upgrading its existing system, employing a cashier for the first time or trying to replace a retiring one, Pinpoint should be carefully considered. With no startup costs, no capital expenditure, no software maintenance and no long term commitment its amazing more firms aren’t using the Pinpoint service.
Recommended by the Law Society as well as being a BACS approved supplier, Pinpoint continues to go from strength to strength. |
