For over 10 years Peapod Solutions has developed cost effective software for legal firms, we started with PRINTAForm the first MS 32 bit Windows based forms software on the market and quickly established it as the number 2 in the market.
From this we developed our own Windows 32 bit case management software OFFICECase released in 1999. The design goal was simple cost effective minimal training ideal for the high street firm from a standing start we quickly established a user base and have over 300 high street firms using the software. We have recently established our E-Case management solution enabling firms clients or referrers to access information on matters and the progress over the web.
We have recently added OFFICEDictate, a very cost effective digital dictation solution ideal for small and medium size firms without any need for additional server hardware. This has been integrated with our case management.
We have had a long association with STRONGBox a well known legal accounts package which we purchased in 1999. We have recently redeveloped the software to work with SQL server with lots of time saving enhancements on postings and increased reports to make this suitable for medium size law firms.
Our latest product offering is LEGALOffice® this is a complete package for the smaller firm based on our 10 years experience of small high street firms covering, forms production, standard document templates, recording all activities, automated billing, through to a comprehensive law society compliant accounts system along with significant management reporting.
Our company and development goal is to provide simple cost effective solutions therefore requiring minimal training. It may not have all the bells and whistles but it does do what we say it will do. |
